All payments must be done upfront. Any commission(s) that are over $100 can be discussed and done in ½ upfront, ½ when complete. All payments will have invoice history, and be done via Paypal or Square, and with USD only. All information shared with me will be kept private.

Once a commission is in its final stages or completed and paid for, there are no refunds. Not only is the art being paid for, but the time and work I put in as an artist.

I only accept cancellations before the lineart part of my process. This is due to the time put into all parts of the reference, research, and sketching. I ask all my commissioners to understand and consider before commissioning.

I may not accept a commission. I take a few batches at a time (3-5 commissions) so that I may do my best work for those requests. However, my commission form is available temporarily outside of my acceptance days and I am always welcoming inquiries. To keep up with this, feel free to follow my socials.

Be sure to have references and initial ideas ready. This would allow me, as an artist, to create a piece that best supports the ideas of what YOU want.

Keep in mind my DO’s and DON’Ts when making your requests. And, according to my list, I am willing to discuss and try certain “don’ts”.

I only take ONE commission per person at a time. This means, that during a batch, each commission will be for different individuals. You are always welcome to return to request a commission in the next batch.

Be able to provide an email to allow communication. All discussion and exchanging of information and of the commission itself will be done through email – for you to have it in its best quality.

Commissioned art is for personal use only. At this time, I am not providing commercial work. My art may not be used for any NFT, AI, or other such work. Please feel free to use my art for icons, headers, etc. Just be sure to credit my social in your description!

Any changes may be done up to a certain stage in my process. During the sketch and lineart process, a few changes are allowed and free. After this, there are three changes allowed each with a price.

Commissions may take 3-4 weeks. This depends, of course, on communication, complexity, etc. I will update you during the entire process and inform you of any possible delays.

I accept 3-5 commissions at a time. I call these "batches" and usually only open my commissions once the batch has been complete. Commissions are NOT first come first serve but chosen by me through interest in the project.

Character(s) vs Group - each additional character varies in price depending on type of commission (ex. $15 for Sketch or $60 for fully rendered). At 4 or more characters, the price increases by $20 each.

Detailed Backgrounds - prices vary between an additional $20 to $60 (flat, gradients, basic shapes, etc. are free!)

Critters and companions (animals, etc.) - an additional $15 each

Weapons and additional items -weapons and items are an additional $15 each

Complexity of image (ex. armor, specific detail) - additional $10-$20

Changes or redo’s - additional $15 each
